Friendly and knowledgeable staff, if you want a specific item and can't find it, tell them and they will make sure to get it for you at a very reasonable price.

I wanted to update a review from the other day that I had posted about two lighters that my wife had purchased. At the time we were disappointed about the lighters not working and we thought the store wasn’t going to fix the problem. It was a miscommunication between my wife and the store. They both were on two different pages. Since me writing my review the other day, my wife has since been back to the store to make a purchase for some cigarettes and was told that they are going to correct the problem and take care of the lighters. I appreciate them doing this . Like I said I was shocked at the time cause this store has always been so helpful and always had great products so it shocked me when I thought they had said they weren’t going to fix the problem.. That wasn’t the case it was a miscommunication. My wife is in that store all the time at least 3 times a week buying cigarettes I’ve never had a problem or I should say my wife’s never had a problem. They’ve always been kind and helpful and have a huge selection of products.. it was just a miscommunication between all parties and I’m so glad that’s all it was.. everyone should give this store a try ..
