My first order from TED Tobacco went flawlessly, the products were neatly shipped via standard USPS, they arrived with no damage. I saved around 6 dollars compared to me purchasing locally. You have to plan a week in advance since that is about how long it took the order to arrive at my door. I'm glad I finally decided to give them a try. I am 100% satisfied with the service I've recieved thus far.

This was my first time ordering with Ted Tobacco. The prices were great and I was very impressed with the effort they put into protecting my shipment. The tubes were double boxed, everything was packed well so nothing was damaged and arrived in a timely manner! I will be ordering from them again!! I don't normally leave reviews, but they deserve it! Thank you!!

**Great Quality Tobacco at a Reasonable Price** It’s expensive out there to buy tobacco, and this shop makes it much more affordable. TEDs allows my roommate and me to enjoy good-quality tobacco at a reasonable price. I no longer buy cigarettes from the store. For example, a pack of Marlboros can cost around $11 at the corner store, while right now at TEDs, you can get 16 oz of tobacco for about $12. The savings really add up. I’ve placed big orders, small orders, simple orders, and orders with a variety of products, and quality has never been an issue. I’ve ordered every brand of the big-bag tobacco, along with a few cigars and pouches. I rarely have to deal with substitutions, and I have never received a low-quality product. I’m handicapped, so finding a shop that can consistently meet my tobacco needs isn’t always easy. TEDs has made that process incredibly convenient and reliable for me. This is my go-to smoke shop. The prices are reasonable, the selection is good, and the quality has been consistently excellent. I’ll continue ordering from TEDs.

This was my first order from Ted. The prices are $5-6 less per pound than my local smoke shops. I always buy enough to have a nice stockpile, I had to get a buddy involved to meet the $200 dollar minimum for free shipping. Seems high. Shipping was fast and my order was fully filled. I was concerned about the the 22 boxs of tubes being crushed in shipping. They showed up boxed together inside the main shipping box. Well done! I'll be ordering from them the next time I need supplies.

I have always had great service with Ted Tobacco. I usually order 6-8 months worth of supplies at a time and each time I order I am pleasantly surprised at how quickly I get my orders. They do an excellent job of packing tubes. Not every box of tubes has arrived in perfect condition, but I’ve only had minimal damage a couple of times. Never anything worth filing a claim. And they try very hard to protect those delicate tube boxes.
