Hands down one of the best vape stores I’ve been to. The customer service is always amazing. Everyone here is friendly, patient, and really knows their stuff. They take the time to help you out and make sure you’re happy with what you get. Prices are very reasonable and the selection is solid, which makes it easy to keep coming back. Highly recommend this shop or the hixson location to anyone!!

Top tier customer service from and they know their stuff in here! Always greeted with a lovely hello and leave happy every time! Great selection of quality products. Such a nice place! I haven't been to the one in Hixson but I'm sure it's just as great! Good job vaporwize!!

I’ve been buying the same vape liquid from this shop for a while. I buy multiple bottles at a time and have never had an issue until now. I finished one bottle, opened the second, and immediately knew something was wrong. It tasted awful. To make sure it wasn’t my tank, I used a new one with another reserve bottle of the exact same flavor, and that one tasted completely normal. I brought the bad bottle back to the store when I went to purchase more and asked to exchange the bad for the same product, and the owner refused because it had been opened. There is no way to know a liquid is bad without opening it and trying it. I was not asking for a refund after using half the bottle. I was trying to exchange what appears to be a defective product for the exact same item I regularly buy. Very disappointing customer service.

Absolutely unacceptable! I bought vape juice from this shop and found out it was over a YEAR expired! That’s not just bad business — it’s dangerous. When I called to let them know, instead of apologizing or offering to fix it, they had the nerve to blame ME for not checking the date. Unbelievable. If a store can’t even keep track of what’s expired, they shouldn’t be selling vape products at all. Horrible customer service, no accountability, and zero respect for customers. I’ll never come back, and I hope nobody else wastes their money here.

Best vape shop in chattanooga. Earn points when buying items. A lot of cool inventory. I suggest HorizonTech for vapes. Very clean as well and friendly staff!
