Went in today and asked for some vape coils. I purchased one pack for 18 dollars. When I got in the car I realized not only were they the wrong size, but all of the coils were open and just placed back in the box. I immediately got out of the car and walked back in expecting great customer service. Unfortunately, they do not offer refunds even if they sell you something that has been previously opened. They didn’t even offer to exchange it for something else. I will never go back and won’t recommend them to anyone I know. Great customer service means a lot so this is disappointing. Please BEWARE and spend your hard earned money with people who appreciate it.

I bought a vape from here, and a few days later the battery started working improperly. Naturally, this was a manufacturing error which I do not blame the store for, but when I called in to see if I could exchange or refund the device the staff was impatient from the moment they picked up the phone. After telling them it had stopped working correctly after having it for a few days, the worker proceeded to yell at me over the phone about how it wasn't their fault if the device was defective. I was not being rude, raising my voice, or demanding any sort of refund, simply explaining the situation I was in and asking if they had a refund/return and replace policy. I will not be purchasing from here again, as a person who has worked customer service this is unacceptable behavior. I would have been perfectly accepting and fine with being informed they did not do refunds/returns, but being yelled at for asking a simple question get this store a 1 star review from me.

Absolutely love the vibe. It’s bright. It’s clean. Organized. Great prices. Great selection. The customer service is top tier. Definitely have a repeat customer out of me!
