Great customer service and the place smells great! Nicely decorated, too. Lots of Vape juices but not many of any juul pods or refillable pods. Besides that, nice place and extremely friendly guy.

The guy at the counter was a complete snob. Just not good and welcoming energy at all. Also, went back to my car to get my military id after him being a snob, and he didn’t even have integrity to apply the military discount after I asked him about a $21 vape that’s usually $15 everywhere else nearby. Yeah, I literally had to tell him I’m not shopping there. Lost a sale, lost money because he can’t be a decent human being

Everyone in the store is so nice including the customers. Michael is so knowledgeable. Now the for the bad. You enter the shop and before you know it you've spent 5 hours in there having conversations about the most random stuff. But the staff is at this shop is truly one of a kind.

Another business that is putting pressure on their customers to tip for what traditionally non tipping positions and it is really making me angry because it seems like every business and employees expect it these days. I spent almost $500 and then get pressured to give a tip on top of that for an employee doing the job that they are paid to do. Many are well above minimum way and some even earn commission on the total sales in businesses like this and yet they expect a tip as well. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I tip only those where tips are expected because that's where they truly earn their money based on tips and are paid below minimum wage like wait staff, etc. Get rid of that feature from your system or keep losing customers.

We checked out ProVapor based on a friends suggestion, and instantly fell in love. The guys working there are very friendly and knowledgeable. I love the self serve juice bar concept. It made trying a bunch of juices out in a short time very easy. It was so much better than asking one by one like pretty much every other shop in town. It always makes me feel annoying, and limits what i try and buy. Seriously its genius that they have it this way. I loved their information tablet that can help you quickly find things you'd be interested in. The overall atmosphere was very nice, and the shop was super clean. They carry a great selection of juice and hardware that they told me rotates to meet popular demand frequently. We will definitely be back, and often.
