Man, I was enjoying the selection and products in this store. Products are fine, and the staff for the most part is cool. What got me was the policy on the rewards. I had accumulated enough points for a $5 off coupon. I purchased 2 items totaling just over $15. When I attempted to apply my coupon I was told I had to spend $20 minimum for the coupon to be applied. There are plenty of other shops around with the same reward system that dont hold your $5 off behind a minimum purchase wall.

Absolutely, love the hours!! Had been to the shop years ago when it was owned by another company & still pretty much the same products inside. I would recommend checking the expiration dates on any of the products that you purchase. I was sold a vape that expired 2 years ago. I noticed it right before I left and still had a little trouble trying to get the owner to replace it, even though I was just in the shop & purchased it less than 5 minutes prior. But outside of that, nice experience & will be returning soon when I'm back in the area!

My preferred place to stop in Gallatin. Was given the wrong strand one time and was kindly allowed to exchange it after I opened it (in the shop). New favorite brand (Wildwood) heeding the advice from the associate. Also, they offer what I believe is free narcan and that's just being smart. Easy five stars.
