I randomly stopped into Vapor Outlet today and had such an awesome experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The associate who helped me (I really wish I remembered his name!) went above and beyond. Even though they didn’t carry the exact product I usually get, he took the time to ask questions about what I like and actually listened. Based on that, he recommended a different option,and it turned out to be absolutely perfect. That level of customer service is hard to find. It wasn’t just about making a sale, it was about making sure I walked out happy, and they nailed it. Huge thank you to the whole team,I’ll definitely be back!

10/10 would recommend it to anyone! The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable I’ve been to several locations and so far the crew here is of the most friendly people you could meet and super patient and more than willing to go through all the flavors to make sure I leave with a juice I will like! If you are in the Gallatin/ Hendersonville area I recommend making the trip out!!

So I just went GALLATIN vapor outlet I’m not one to go on here and complain but the lady with long hair she’s also caucasian i believe and I'm a black women btw but seriously have no idea what her name is… mind you this is my first time coming in this vape shop bc I just turned 21 but the lady in the store working was like following me around what a normal person does that works at vape shops but I was standing there looking around and I was with my friend chatting with him and I told him before we went in I was like “yo I got social anxiety could you talk to the lady” bc he’s been there a lot.. so he knows the people in there- boom cool. thennnnnnn im just chillin looking for what i wanted and then I looked at my friend and said I wanted to leave cause I didn’t think they had what I was looking for and we was walking out and she said since I had the “attitude” i DID - NOT have Im not allowed at back at store… oh it doesn’t end there.. then my friend went back because I was leaving the store anyways even before she said that, he goes back to the store and then she says that all the time that I’ve been there Ive had an attitude and all the time I was otp while I was there I also had an attitude but I’m a bit confused oh why I can’t come back or why she said Ive been there cause I never have been there and never got smart or an attitude or just about anything in that nature with anyone there because I didn’t even talk to her at all… but how I know I didn’t do anything wrong bc when my friend went back she gave him a edible for free.. 😊🤏🏽 i don’t even know just overall a weird experience for my very first time being in there…

Amazing shop! Brandon is super knowledgeable with a great selection of products from disposables, mods, tanks and coils. Thankful for a good shop close to home!

They had the tank I needed for my DRAG3 mod, and also the Strawberry/ Kiwi salt juice I use. Nice guy working there. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
