Great customer service and wide variety of beers and vapes which I love. Much cheaper price compared to other near by places and appreciate the locals I don’t know about the past customer service experience but they’re a lot friendly and much appreciating towards the people and it’s locally owned so that’s a plus and truly nice place I’ve been coming here everyday and I would highly recommend they’ve largest variety of beers though keep in mind it’s not a liquor store. Thank you for great service.

Friendly service and nice selection of items.

Used to be my fav. place to go mainly cause of the options and as a local it was often. I walked outside with a vape I just purchased and it didn't work. Thinking I would just play it cool I walked 3 steps to my car to see if it would charge and I wouldn't even worry about it going back in. Well it didn't even charge. I took it back in and he pointed to the sign where I was supposed to check it before I left the store. I didn't leave. I was right outside. I understand it as a policy, but where does the local customer fact come into play. Forget that I am a regular customer, forget how many I have bought without any issues and honestly I really was treated like garbage. Good thing for tourist cause this business will need it. Especially since the locals aren't getting any customer service or appreciation for loyalty. I wasn't trying to rip the store off for $25 bucks. Just saying it's not a good look to assume that was all I was trying to do. Lost me and I'll let my friends know.

I was actually surprised to see so many negative reviews of this place, granted I am newish to the area and don't have any experience with past employees, but I absolutely love this place and the staff. Very friendly and always helpful, they have a good selection, and the cheapest kratom anywhere, even compared to the cheapest online prices. As for prices on other things, we'll, this is Gatlinburg people, don't vacation and or live here if you are looking for super cheap. The price on my American spirit cigarettes is average, so no complaints there. I don't know if service was bad here in the past, but I can say for sure that it is great now. Recommend 100%.

Wilbur is amazing his always friendly knows all the locals and has been doing this for yrs if ur a tourist he treats u as a hometown person and the prices are cheaper than anywhere else in sever county period... Sharon Benson Mathis!!!
