I've been smoking a pipe for 10years. I l always stop here when I can. A small shop with big heart. They've always made me feel at home every time a stop by. There knowledge is only gained by time. There customer care can only come from personality. I also wind up buying a new pipe too.

I had an absolutely wonderful time speaking with David Edward. He assisted me with picking out my first pipe, instructed me on how to use, care for, and clean it. He was incredibly knowledgeable, polite, and excited to teach a first timer. He respected the little knowledge I had regarding pipe smoking and made the experience sound and taste incredible. I did not think I would enjoy pipe smoking as much as a cigar, but since I have visited the shop, I can't seem to put my pipe down. I attribute my newfound love of the hobby to speaking with David and I wanted to thank him appropriately. The shop has a wonderful selection of tobacco to choose from, and I can tell that I'll be ordering from them in the future. If I ever find myself in Gatlinburg again, I'll be sure to stop by the Gatlinburlier Tobacconist. Thank you!

A must visit while in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge! Michael and Richard were incredibly inviting and extremely knowledgeable. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked into the shop and ended up spending about an hour and a half in conversation while sampling their pipe tobacco blends. I will certainly be stopping by whenever I’m in the area!

Great shop. Staff super friendly. Stopped in on vacation, smoked a pipe, and picked up a new pipe and some new blends.

Had a great time going inside and talking with the guys and browsing the goods. They are very knowledgeable and know their craft. Lots of quality products to chose from and good conversation. There is a lot of interesting memorabilia on display here too and all of it has a story of some kind. A nice place to come and just hang out away from the crowds for a few minutes and stock up for a few days while you are in town. No reason to go anywhere else for your tobacco needs.
