My mod stopped working after I got caught in the rain and was nearly broke for the week. These guys helped me find a replacement for $19.00. That's practically unheard of. It's nothing fancy, but there is also nothing at all wrong with it. It works just as well with my current tank as my other one did. This place is amazing. Everyone there is friendly and they all seem happy to be working there. I really hope this place never changes!

Probably the most authentically friendly place I ever go to and they always know everything about any little thing I ask. Its honestly super impressive to have a staff this good

I've shopped at the hixson store since 2019.i had gone to other shops but this one I stuck with because they're the best .the staff can answer any questions you have about any product on the shelf and give you all the info you need on any product to make you aware of what you're getting and how to use it.they have always been so professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and always smiling.i have recommended this particular shop to all my friends and family and strangers as well.just visit this shop and see what I see and experience the greatest experience in the best shop in chattanooga.they have everything you need and if they don't they'll get it for you. You can't go wrong with Chattanooga vapors. I love the store, the service and the staff. You will love them too.

Knowledgeable, friendly, great price point, wonderful point system, amazing products across the board. 10/10 ONLY shops here for smoke needs.

Love Chattanooga Vapor Company. Dylan is the best—knows his stuff, actually listens and knows exactly what coil everytime for my vape.
