The staff goes above and beyond in their customer service to the point that I almost feel like family. Their prices, especially on kratom, is the best of ANY place I’ve ever seen, especially on the 250 gram kratom tubs.

if you work a service job, you should be able to be kind to customers. i went in on 7/15 where two males were working. they were extremely rude to me. i asked if they had any thc products since the ban only applied to certain strains. they looked at me like i was stupid and told me it was illegal in a condescending tone. the other man showed me a lotus flower joint. i asked what it was. he looked at me like i was stupid, and said very slowly, “it’s lotus flower.” i replied “i don’t know what that is.” it was a terrible experience and i felt like they were treating me like an idiot. working at a smoke shop is the easiest job in the world. all you have to do is be kind to customers. if you can’t even manage that, that’s kind of pitiful.

I genuinely don’t like to go to any other store in town. Every single worker there is so nice and helpful with suggestions, they always take very good care of me and make me feel appreciated as a customer. I drive 10+ mins every time I need a vape to come here, passing countless stores that sell the same vapes along the way, this is the only store in town that will have my genuine dedication. The owner is just as nice as the other workers and is always nice to speak with, if you want to feel appreciated as a customer and like you’re valued when you are there, don’t go anywhere but here!
