Great Service! The same guy is always behind the counter, and have never had a bad experience! Great Deal at Low Prices!!

We have stopped in a handful of vape, etc. stores around town (especially in Hixson), and Crazy Pipes and Vapes on Hwy 153 is by far our favorite. They have a monster selection of vapes and other cool stuff, and the staff is always more than gracious, knowledgeable, and helpful. I pick up a vape here weekly, and they have a wide variety of my favorite brand, Fifty Bar.

I am incredibly frustrated with this business. I bought a product that stopped working after only one week. When I returned to see if they could make it right, they refused to help, replace it, or even offer a discount on a replacement. Their excuse? They claimed because the item was 'already on sale,' they couldn't do anything for me. Being on sale shouldn't mean the customer is stuck with a defective product seven days later. They offered absolutely no alternatives or solutions. I walked out with nothing but a broken product and wasted money. I will not be returning.

I switched my business to this particular shop. I started coming here every week about a month ago for my Foger pods. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. It's refreshing. I always leave with what I need and at a good price. Definite 5 star experience.
