My first trip was great, the person working that night was super friendly and helpful. Today's visit? Not so much. March 27/2026 4:45 pm. I was flabbergasted in the two different experiences. It was going to be my home store because of my first experience, after my second it wont be my store at all. The woman behind the counter is super rude and shouldn't be in retail.

Jaiden was so sweet today and helpful. I'm on crutches and they went in to get my order for me since it was hard for me to get out of my car and walk outside. Great customer service. Thanks so much, Jaiden. You saved me today 👏

Staff would rather talk about traffic and complain about drivers with people, than to help customers. This place is trash.

Everyone is great and very knowledgeable. Nick I think is the only one that doesn’t really make a noise when we went in. I’d say he should not be in a customer service job, honestly it’s extremely frustrating when my fiancé is mostly blind and need help seeing the stuff on the shelf. When you don’t move and just frown like you hate being there, you need to leave the job. Simple as that.

Well simply put it my favorite dispensary to come to the employees are great especially NOVA who was and is always so patient and sweet as hell. You will not regret trying 101
