Awesome staff! They helped me with my first vape and I was highly satisfied. Good prices and a huge selection of everything. If you can't find what you need come here because they will have it. Also they have a pretty decent rewards program. Overall, everyone here is very helpful and awesome.

The only place I will go for anything vape related. Rachel is the best help I've ever had there. Her smile brightens my day. She is worth the stop every time.

I've been to a lot of vape shops and love Sevier Vapor. I moved here two years ago and when I would visit I would stop at the one in Sevierville every time I would visit. It is nice also, but the Jefferson City one is my absolute favorite and the only place I will go now. The store is big and so clean. They have so many products. They have a wall of cigs, snuff and whatever else from people who decided to quit smoking and gave them up. I quit and started back like an idiot and trying to vape. I've bought vapes in the past and hated the flavor and have a big pile of them to turn in. They have a jar where you can recycle your old ones so the batteries won't go in the landfill. I wished we could leave reviews for employees. I would give Rachel ten stars. I will only go in the Jefferson City one now because of her. I had so many questions and she helped me pick flavors and the brand. I told her what flavors I didn't like and she described every flavor to me. I got three different Raz vapes and love them. She is very knowledgeable and feel like she's my long lost bff. I always try to shop local but having great employees makes a world of difference. She gave me great advice on how to quit smoking and I'm going to try my hardest again. Thank you Rachel for answering all my questions and teaching me a few things. You're like a book of knowledge when it comes to vapes and such an awesome person! I'm sure I will see you in a few days. :)

Best Vape store around ! The lady that works there is the friendliest person you dont get service like this anywhere now days.
