10/10. Popped in here for the first time was really impressed. The first thing you notice is how clean and organized everything is—it actually makes it a lot easier to find what you need. The staff was super friendly, too. I had a few questions and they actually knew what they were talking about instead of just pushing me on something random. Definitely worth a stop!

first time visiting this location and we received excellent customer service from parker! he was very helpful and friendly! absolutely will be returning as this has to be one of the best vape shops in the area :^)

10/10 highly recommend this store very knowledgeable staff we delt with hunter and Parker they were both super friendly and welcoming. For anything you need vape wise from a new mod or some amazing juice go check them out. Will be back for anything I need vape wise.

Obvious RIP to the Vapor Mill but you just can’t go wrong with Rocky Top. I’m really glad to have one so close by. The store is so clean and organized, customer service is so friendly and knowledgeable. Didn’t catch the name of the employee with the big beard but shout out to him :)

I walked into this store unaware that Vapor Mill had moved out and was very pleasantly surprised! The customer service was beyond wonderful. I felt like I was being heard when I described what I was looking for and left with a mod and juice that were exactly what I wanted. Will definitely be a returning customer!
