Only one staff member who was an absolute jerk and didn't want to help me whatsoever. Barely spoke to me. I will never go back. Go to Rocky Top Vapors. They're prices are probably not as good but at least they have customer service that's helpful and friendly. RTV helped me find what I needed and appreciated my business.

Let me start by saying it's not my usual shop I go to. My usual shop is vapor mill on roan Street. Todd is at the national conference for vaping oh, so I stopped at vape on. The staff was very nice and helpful did not try to sell me the world only what I wanted or was interested in. Very little pressure very nice people their prices are pretty good parking was a bit of a pain it was busy but other than that I would recommend. They're good..

I don't see how this place stays in business!! I picked up a bottle of house juice the flavor sounded great but then asked how much it was and the guy says $36 + tax's it might have been 60-90 mL of juice but dang that's more expensive than name brand juices. Not to mention the prices on what few mods are in the shop. $69.99 for the same mod I can get down the street for less than half price $29.99 and the same day I stopped in the other place had the same mod on sale for $19.99. I truly believe in supporting local shops as much as possible but with there prices I believe I'll be going on up the road to Rocky Top or Planet Vapes!!!

This store hardly had any selection of hardware or liquids. The only guy working however. He couldn't take his face out of his phone to answer any questions long enough. If he did it was vague and smug. He'd drip his vape and blow a massive cloud every so often but otherwise he was simply not there. I made a small purchase of a common SMOK coil, but I won't return again. The parking sucks and the store is small. They have a junk corner bigger than their stock. It's dusty and grim inside. Don't bother. I recommend Laughing Cat Vapor for your needs. The staff is knowledgeable about all their products. They only sell juices made in clean rooms at professional facilities. Kat will stand behind her products. You can even try most juices for $1 so you leave with something you're going to enjoy.

Location friendly and accessible. Staff are warm and friendly .store is up to date with your vapor needs packed full of acceories . My favorite part is you can have your liquid made there on the spot to satisfy your taste in flavor and nicotine needs. Recommend to everyone in search of a great place for friendly staff and good pricing . Vape on my friend !
