Just go to M&N2 down the street, prices are better are service is 10x or 100x better. Maybe it's because bro is foreign but that's the first argument or hostility I've experienced in a smoke shop in 10 years and I'm in these places literally more than 7 times a week. I made a mistake counting the change, 100% my fault but he made it very clear that he felt I was trying to get one over on him, immediately I realized the $2 was in my back pocket, I apologized and put $1 in the tip charge and for the first time in my life took the $ out of the tip jar because he was being so rude and hostile while I was apologizing and telling him I made a mistake. None of it needed to happen and I just don't need to shop anywhere I'm not treated well. I go to M&N2 down the street, bro knows me by name, knows my order, orders new stuff for me to try out, throws in a discount every now and then and there is just absolutely no reason to spend $100-$200 a day in an establishment that doesn't treat me well, I only went the first time (there was a different guy much better we have a good relationship) because they are open 1 hour later so I've been trying them out, prob spent about $300 and they failed......haven't had a straight up fail I'm never coming back shop in 10 years...

Nacho is always very helpful and knowledgeable. Remembers your name and gives the experience that personable touch that brings you back. They have a good selection and will try to order what they don't have.

This has become my go to place in kingsport. Best selection, authentic products. Nacho is the man. Super nice and always very friendly and helpful.
