They had a hard to find product and held it for me for pick up in 2 days. Great people from the phone to pick up!! A very clean and organized shop. I will return for future needs.

I have been frequently shopping for almost a year with nothing but great experiences. I have never had an issues… until now. Two weeks ago I went down and bought some watermelon and fresh mint Zyns. After opening the watermelon I noticed they tasted very different than they usually do. The smell was very strong and much more pronounced than usual, the packaging was slightly different, the pouch color was different, the texture was off, and the phrasing on the packaging was different. Normally the cans read “Made in Europe” however the watermelon I purchased this time did not say that… rather they said “Developed in Europe”. No description on where they were made or what was in them. After some digging I discovered they were not authentic. Luckily the fresh mint I purchased were authentic. The fresh mint said “Made in Europe”, the texture was correct, can looked correct, etc. I chalked that up to a bad batch of cans from a bad supplier possibly. So this week I return to shop again to get some more Zyns. Same process as always. Walk in turn left and go to the Zyn shelf. The pouches are all lined up on a bookshelf in the middle of the store on the left. Clearly visibly, clearly accessible to anyone. I will say that again. The cans are on an open bookshelf in the middle of the store on your left. There is no sign saying “do not touch”, there is no glass surrounding them, there is no cabinet or sales desk in front of them, they are clearly accessible and open for anyone to grab and take the the checkout on their own. Which I have done many times in the past without issue. I was under the assumption if I couldn’t touch them, they would be behind a counter, or in a locked glass case, or have a giant “DO NOT TOUCH” sign on them… like every other thing in this entire store you cannot get or touch on your own. However that is not the case. So I walk over to grab the zyns I want and take them to the checkout while the one employee who’s working is helping another customer. Almost immediately after picking up a can I get yelled at by the store associate. “Sir you cannot touch those I will have to help you.” I polity say “ok that’s no problem”. I set the cans down and wait on the only employee working to finish her transaction so she can walk to the wall of zyns to pick my cans up and walk them for me to the checkout. After the employee gets done with her traction she walked over to help me carry my Zyns to the checkout. However that didn’t happen either, instead she instructs me to “step away from the counter.” I said “ok” and step essentially to the center of the store away from everything. At this point I get the idea “I cannot touch the Zyns” but just to make sure I am completely humiliated she then reiterates (while I’m standing 8 feet away) “next time you come in you absolutely cannot touch these. You will have to ask for assistance because we can get in huge trouble for this”. I said “OK”. Went to checkout and left. Clearly there are a couple key issues here. 1.) The biggest, these products absolutely need to be verified for authenticity. 2.) Customer service could use some work I would think. At the end of the day, I was in the wrong and I acknowledge that. I didn’t know that, given the items I was purchasing were clearly open to pick up and carry to the register, on an open shelf with no lock, no glass, no signs, and nothing stopping you from touching them. But I don’t feel I deserved to be humiliated because of that. At the end of the day I’m a paying customer who deserves respect. If the store can get in “HUGE TROUBLE” if I get them myself put them behind a counter or put a sign up… don’t lecture me and yell at me in front of other customers. Until these issues are revolved I will not be shopping here. There are other stores with the same products, that are verified authentic products, and they have polite employees. I really hope these issues get fixed because this used to be my go to place, but these last two encounters really changed how I feel about Planet Vapor.

Bought two, got into the parking lot, one did not work, walked back in and just because I walked out of the store they wouldn't replace the faulty unit.

My husband vapes been buying his juice there, coils, and even bought a new Mod. He has not even had the Mod a month yet and it’s already messing up. It leaks and juice gets in his mouth, leaked once on the couch and on my new Nike shoes. He is using the right coils, battery, wattage, etc. He was mislead on the warranty. There was a 30 day warranty to return it to the store. Once he went to return it he was told that it was a manufactured defect. Personally the store should honor their 30 day in store warranty as was told. The store should be responsible sending back a defective Mods themselves. instead of being told to call Geek Vape. They should replace the customer with a new Mod or let the customer pick a different Mod of their choice and pay the difference if needed to do so. Highly disappointed and stuck with a 60.00 paper weight. He WILL NOT BE BUYING FROM THIS VAPE STORE EVER AGAIN. They took his money and wasted his time.
