I've been coming to Rocky Top Vapor for years, I think I will have been to every store multiple times everybody is always so nice so helpful and so knowledgeable, and besides occasionally having to wait on your orders to come in which is completely understandable you always have what I want, and if you don't you will go to extra extent that nobody else will get me stuff. I learned this in my interaction With Derek today He had to work at a different story yesterday And Made sure that he Picked up from that store The juice that I needed The Kingsport store hadn't had in stock in a couple of weeks. Everybody is always helpful but I think you all have got a good one in Derek. That dude goes above and beyond and I appreciate that being a picky Vapor who only likes one juice most of the time. So I just wanted to get on here and say Rocky Top is the best, and give Derek his Kudos, because even though I think he's newer, I will say in my humble opinion he is the best of the best. That boy needs a pat on the back and probably much more because I'm sure he's like this with every customer he usually is when I'm in there. ROCKY TOP #1

Of all the Rocky Top stores in the tri-cities, my favorite by far is the Kingsport location. Parker, Derek and Brooke are very accommodating and friendly from start to finish. They have great recommendations and knowledge about the industry, and that's something you don't tend to find anymore. Derek assisted me in finding some new cream- based flavors, which we both happen to love, and I am grateful I can get such good customer service from this crew!

RTV Kingsport is just absolutely fantastic when it comes to service and selection. Brennan has always been super knowledgeable and has answered all my questions. Been coming for years and will continue to do so!

Rocky Top Vapor always delivers. The staff is super friendly, but they honestly deserve five stars just for their house juices alone. They taste incredible and are priced so low it feels like a steal. Skip the overpriced stuff and just come here!

Brennan was an amazing help with what I needed today. I have been a smoker for over 10 years and he was able to get me into a vape that i absolutely love. He took his time to make sure I walked out 110% taken care of. He deserves a raise!
