From the moment we walked in, Jasmine made us feel welcome, she asked if we'd been in before and made sure we were taken care of from the start. We were brought back to the humidor, where the team helped my husband pick out the perfect cigars and even recommended drinks to pair with them. Everyone was clearly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. It made for the perfect Saturday afternoon date. 10/10 we'll 00% be back!

First visit to Knoxville and finding Alchemy Lounge & Cigar was an absolute win. The atmosphere was upscale, relaxed, and exactly what a great cigar lounge should feel like. The southern whiskey style decor and overall vibe were exactly what I like. Comfortable, refined, and welcoming without feeling pretentious. Their cigar selection was excellent, especially because they carried the Montecristo White Label that my dad and I love. You can tell the humidor is curated with quality in mind instead of just quantity. They also had several local cigar options that made me want to come back and explore more. Jasmine was fantastic and recommended the perfect drink for me. My dad ordered an Old Fashioned that did not disappoint, then later had a port recommended by the owner, Dan, who was on site and clearly passionate about the experience he is creating. My dad said it was one of the best ports he has ever had, which says a lot. What really stood out was the attention to detail. Even little things, like the Alchemy branded mints in the bathroom, made the place feel thoughtful and intentional. Every part of the experience felt polished without becoming pretentious. The staff was friendly, upbeat, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. It was also a great mix of people and ages, which gave the lounge a really comfortable atmosphere. This place will absolutely be a must visit every time I come back to Knoxville. A true hidden gem.

Stopped in while visited friends from out of town. Great atmosphere. Joseph was very knowledgeable on his cigars. The cocktails created by crystal were excellent. A great selection of alcohol. Would highly recommend stopping in and spending some time here.

Better than what you'd expect. It's not just a joint to smoke. Staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Good cigar selection. Not over priced but not cheap. One cigar and three mid shelf drinks and iv'e spent $60. With tip. Great comfortable, casual seating. If you want to experience a classy lounge experience without the over priced fan fare, this is for you. Non smokers be advised.

Absolutely fantastic evening at Alchemy Cigar Bar in Knoxville! My wife and I stopped in and had such a great time that we didn’t want to leave. I went with the Sweet Jane cigar and it was outstanding — smooth, flavorful, and exactly what I was hoping for. My wife loved hers too. We paired them with some truly amazing drinks that were perfectly crafted. The service was top-notch. Keenan was our waitress and she was incredibly quick, attentive, and friendly the whole time. Joseph was a huge help when it came to picking out our cigars — super knowledgeable and made great recommendations. We even got to chat with the owner, Dan, which was one of the highlights of the night. He was welcoming and the conversation was genuinely enjoyable. Alchemy has a wonderful atmosphere and clearly puts a lot of care into the experience. We’ll definitely be back soon. Highly recommend this spot for cigar lovers or anyone looking for a relaxing, upscale lounge vibe in Knoxville!
