Love this place! The atmosphere is very chill. They have a great selection of disposable nicotine vapes which is great because I love trying all the flavors. They have a lot of thca and CBD products and the staff is very knowledgeable about the products. They also have a wide selection of micro brew beers and ciders. A lot of them are local. I can usually tell them what I like or what I'm. I'm the mood for and they can suggest something to suit my taste. It's also my little dog's favorite place to hang out!

I recently visited your store after purchasing a vape product that made me feel unwell after use. When I returned, I initially spoke with an associate who was courteous and attempted to assist me by offering an exchange. However, I explained that I was not interested in an exchange, as I no longer felt comfortable using a similar product. The associate then contacted upper management for further guidance. After approximately 20 minutes, he informed me that my request for a return was denied, as management stated it would result in a financial loss on the product. While I understand that policies are in place, I was disappointed with how the situation was handled at the management level. Customer satisfaction and fairness are important, and I did not feel that my concerns were adequately considered. I do want to note that the associate I spoke with was polite and made a genuine effort to help, which I appreciated. Overall, I found the experience lacking in customer service, particularly in regard to the final decision from management.

Great pleace to sit and chat with the employees and grab a beer. They have a great selection of beers and flower. They have a another place called the pirate tavern that has liquor and is a completely different vibe that's more energetic. But if you juat like to chill then this is the place.

The Powell location is more than I expected it would be. I am not your traditional consumer of the offerings here, and yet I immediately felt right at home, if even to go grab a beer at their bar in the back of the shop. Knowledgeable, not pushy, and a genuine sense of community, this is the spot to go hang and find what you may not even know youre looking for. Top tier
