wanna start off I get having an idea is important but when I am in your system as a reward member and I come in consistently and I would assume since you’re there six days a week… your words you wouldn’t add someone under age in the system as a reward member and I get denied service not in a sorry understanding way but in a disrespectful way, it makes you wonder is this the right place to shop when The person who is supposedly there all the time that you clearly remember, has no idea who you are Or even bothered to see if you’re in their system, there’s so many other options in town. Aging, defective vapes. Buyer Beware! Unprofessional ownership who wont even EXCHANGE a defective piece of electronics that they sell to locals or tourists. Oils and liquids solidify. Electronics malfunction. If you want a quality product and a business that cares about their customers...go elsewhere!

Bought a defective vape here and didn’t realize it didn’t work until I got home. Immediately went back to the store and had to buy a whole new one because they refused to refund/replace. Now I’m out $50 instead of $25. Essentially gave them $25 for no reason. Great way to lose a customer.

Good store, has some cool stuff in the displays, but as big as it is they did not have my geekbar pulse x...they havmd maybe 2-3 geekbars and then a bunch of generic geekbars!

Owners of this establishment allow workers kids to come to work with them, including infants who breathe vape smoke & thc products because of them allowing you to try in store. Store bans customers who publish reviews & this location does not ID customers regularly. Similar to their clinton location. Suggestion to owners - Good Luck. Overpriced , Rude , Demanding.
