Bought a vape from here that didn’t come with a charger (off stamp).. box says it can be used ALONE with no charger so I planned to buy a charger when it ran out. Vape wouldn’t even turn on it was messed up or dead. Asked to exchange he said no you have to buy a battery. I asked to buy a battery he said they don’t have any. Refused to give money back or exchange even then when they don’t have any batteries for me to buy to try and fix this vape. Will never come here again. If YOU don’t have the proper pieces for me to confirm my vape isn’t damaged, it’s not fair to refuse a refund or exchange. If the box says it can be used without the other piece, I shouldn’t have to buy it.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Most overpriced place and rudest staff in all east Tennessee for THCA products. You will save money going anywhere else. There premier flower brand flo garden while decent depending on the strain is nowhere worth the prices they are charging. Even with their special deal, it's still more expensive than anywhere else. This place is blatantly price gouging local customers. On top of that, if you ask them why they are so expensive or any question about product - they get mad and blatantly lie to your face. Dee's is a terrible run business. Save your money in the east Knox area goes literally anywhere else.

So i have lived in or around this area my whole life and i love this vape shop! The guy that works there is very helpful and good prices. Just wanted to give credit where credit is due

Purchase a Raz vape last night. I opened it and the battery was completely dead and one bar of juice was already gone. The juice tasted stale and the unit would activate on its own while just sitting on a table. I brought it back today and the guy at the counter said there was nothing he could do because it smelled okay to him. Losing a customer over a defective product is not a good business model.
