Gwen was really nice, helpful and informative the past few times I’ve been in. Love the Star Wars theme.

Way over priced… got 1 vape pod for the same price I get two at smoke rings and that was their “$10 off deal”. Also customer service sucks, cashier was rude to me and on his phone the whole time and seemed not happy at all.

They need a better selection of cheap vapes coils and pods for beginners

I've been a regular here a very long time and I have to say that my last visit was VERY disappointing. I'm not going to say the manager's name, but he was a bit of a....fill in the blanks. Very friendly when I walked in until I mentioned that my vape was leaking, then he was a different person. He said you can't return a vape once you bought it. 1st, that's a bold lie because I've had no issues returning them before not there or any other vape shop in Knoxville. Yes, there is a time-frame of when you can return them and I was within that time-frame but why would I argue with a manager gets me nowhere. I even called the other location to confirm and I say again, HE LIED. So he lied instead and said you can't return them once you've bought them. I just said ok and left but I most likely won't be buying anything there anymore. Since the managers have taken over that location a few of them about 2 or 3 just don't have the customer service skill and don't care! It was even leaking from the button like that has NEVER happened to any of my vapes before. Showed him the pics and vid and he was like nope,BYE!!! Day pic, night pic, button leaking pic. It burned my lips/mouth so many times... $50+ dollars from what? This would've lasted me 2M+ but lost half of it in less than 1W 😭
