Cigars & More at West Town Mall is a solid little stop if you are into cigars or just looking for something different while walking around the mall. It is nice having a place like this inside West Town because it breaks up the usual mall stores and gives you a more unique shopping option. The selection is pretty good, with a variety of cigars and accessories to look through, whether you already know what you like or are just trying to pick something up. The shop has a laid back feel, and it is easy to browse without feeling rushed. The staff was helpful and made the experience simple, which always makes a difference when you are shopping somewhere more specialized. Overall, it is a cool spot to check out if you are at West Town and want cigars, accessories, or a quick gift idea.

The owners were exceptional. They were not judgmental at all towards me. The majority of my experiences in pretty much all stores are embarrassing. I get followed all throughout stores. People are usually rude, to say the least. I absolutely love cigar boxes, as does my wife. We collect them, and the selection they had was pretty nice. My favorite part was the prices they were very reasonable. They also were willing to work with me and agree on a deal. It didn't matter what I was wearing. My appearance had nothing to do with how I was treated. Very good people, and I felt welcome. I will definitely be getting a lot more cigar boxes from them.

They are always so kind when I come in for my weekly vape or just a redbull for the morning. Large selection of vapes and all your vape needs. Definitely come say hi next trip to the mall.

I love this place! I’m an employee at this Mall and frequent this place quite a bit. They are so so friendly and kind. They treat their customers so well and try to be as helpful as possible. As I am a frequent customer, they went out of their way to order the special pods for my vape to make sure they could always help me! Over the years, the ease of shopping here and the friendly staff has always been so consistent. They also have a wonderful selection of vapes and e-liquids. Stop by if you’re at West Town Mall!

Really wish I could give 0 stars. Very disappointed in this shop. They had a misunderstanding and wouldn’t let us fix it. Incredibly disappointed. I don’t want to sound like “that person”, but I can promise I definitely will not return for a thing. Also, wondering if the juice they sell is any good. Mine had a brown tint to it (no nicotine and not a flavor that should be brown). Kind of afraid to try it and they wouldn’t even fix it.
