This is SO unfortunate and whomever owns the shop needs to seriously look at the reviews & make changes. Cause the layout of the shop is nice, clean, and plenty of selection in any section you’re looking. BUT you will be followed uncomfortably & made to feel like you’re stealing– everything’s locked up so how am I gonna steal?? The customer service is horrendous.. the women here, older one especially, seem like they wake up with a bad attitude & hate their life so customers get the brunt of it. Don’t expect them to be knowledgeable on everything in the shop either. My BIGGEST issue is they do not stand by their products, when it’s basically industry standard, to exchange or give store credit when items are defective. And your policy on the door/receipts about “not returns/refunds once you leave the store with the product” is BS cause how are people gonna test something like a vaporizer, an accessory for a mod system, or a pre-roll.. y’all want me to light it up right there? Even if I wanted to save for another day? I mean come on.. like 1 outta every 10 disposable vapes doesn’t work. Any other shop lets you test your flavors in store & makes sure you test the purchased one before leaving. Yet still, I’ve been able to exchange a nonfunctional vape days after purchase at other shops. Because you, as an employee, can clearly see the amount it’s been used. This is pure greed on the owners to have this kind of policy, at least have the employees KINDLY ask everyone to test before leaving. And hire friendlier staff.

Purchased a geek bar vape that didn’t last 24 hours. Ran out of battery, went to charge it for the first time and it won’t charge. Went back to exchange it and I was told once it left the store they weren’t responsible. Do the right thing and take care of the customer. 👎🏼

I’ve been going in this location since opening day. The same girl has worked there the entire time. She knows my face. Yet, the one time I forgot my wallet and needed to pay digitally, she declined selling glass to me bc I didn’t have my ID. Never mind I never betted an eye the MANY times I’ve been in there and she’s had a screaming bald headed baby on her hip behind the counter. But, sure Raggedy Ann, enforce the ID rule knowing I’m of age and not the ones you’re breaking by having your infant in a weed shop.

Great place I found near me. Stocked selection of hookah & vape products. Friendly, helpful & informative staff. They even have a small walk-in humidor with a solid selection of cigars, as well.

Great and convenient service. They have the best prices , a wide selection of vape juice’s, disposable vapes and flower products. You can get about anything you need here not to mention the customer service is fantastic. Keep it up , it has definitely become my favorite smoke shop.
