I have been a customer of The Vape Shop for over 10 years. They are ALWAYS in stock of whatever juice and pods I may need and the staff is always willing to help with any questions I ask and I ask a lot. This store cheered me on through my journey to quit smoking and I will continue to recommend this business to anyone looking for vape products.

Just stopped in because a vape that I had just opened while leaving my house would not power on, take a charge or do anything. This vape was purchased 10 days prior. They encourage you to buy 2 at a time to get a small discount, so I used the first and then opened this. Well what they don’t tell you is you have 3 days to report any problems or they will do NOTHING for you. I have been going to this store since they opened many years ago. To lose a loyal customer that has spent many thousands of dollars over the years over a 25$ piece of Chinese plastic is wild. I pass 3 vape stores on the way to this one they will now be getting all of my business. Oh also the employee was perfectly content with me saying I would never be back and appeared to be high as a giraffe. Edit: I don’t think lying about what happened and trying to blame me is making you look any better. Thanks
