I went in too get a couple vapes and the man working today 3/30/26 was RUDE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Acted like I made a mess when I was simply looking through the bin and put a couple on the counter to see what I wanted and after I seen his attitude was very nasty I put them back and began to walk out. He then tried to trap me inside the store making accusations like I had stole something when I had NOT. and tried to hold me hostage saying I took something, told him to run the cameras that I was leaving because his attitude was so RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. WOULD NOT RETURN AND UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ACCUSED FOR STEALING AND HELD HOSTAGE I WOUDLNT SPEND MY MONEY THERE. ( Go across the street to vape world theyre great and helped me with all my needs ) 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!!!!!!

Literally the best customer service I’ve seen in East Nash by far! Kareem and his crew will take care of you 110%! Skip the ‘popular’ billboard stores, you’ll save so much money on the same if not better product. Smoke City is worth the drive, they’ll actually work with you when needed! -previous Marley’s Employee, who still loves Marley’s!

Awesome smoke shope and good quality pipes

I have always drove 20 minutes out of my way just to go to the store because they always had what we needed or got it and had great prices. Today I had an altercation with the employee arguing with me over something that I've been buying for over a year there now and he would not hear me out or let me speak to his boss. Very very disappointed that I couldn't explain to him what I was wanting and needing. They are taking a product which is vape fluid which has two bottles in it is 120 ml and taking one out of the box and selling it to you for one item so basically they're selling one item for two ripping people off I've always got two in a box but every time I mess with this guy he always tries to give me one because he puts the money in his pocket. I will never go back here again beware you will get ripped off

I just wanna say that this plce is amazing and they have good deals for THC and prices are cheaper than smoke world I give you 10 out of 10 guys 💯
