Staff is usually friendly. They promised some free swag for a 5 star review and then didn't deliver on their end but came back several days later and they remembered and went above and beyond to correct the issue. Very great customer service and always a good experience anytime I've been. Good selection of kratom and flower, store is always clean. Some of the flower can be a little pricey compared but they always have always have great deals going on and you can usually find something on sale that's still good quality. I go out of my way to come to this shop over all the others.

I just left Buzz Dr. the young lady that works there knows GREAT business ethics!! She has extensive knowledge of the products sold there, she is patient and kind. This store has one of the largest variety of vape & smoking products. Their prices are comparable. They back up their products. There are MANY smoke acc. stores, I pass, on my way to Buzz Dr!! They are the best!! Ive shopped there for 3years, and I appreciate them more after every visit!! THANK YOU, Buzz Doctor!!!!!
