Super clean and well stocked. This is a very nice store with great customer service. I was nervous because some places on Cleveland can seem a little sus, but cloud 9 (the one in the newer looking strip mall right at the traffic light!!!) is nice on the inside with professional friendly but not weird friendly staff. I did not even know what i wanted and the young person behind the counter was able to assist me but didn't try to over sell to me just because I m old and clueless.

Got this pretty dope piece over here, good price too.Staff was pretty helpful but not overly friendly.Overall not a bad little spot👍

Great 😃👍 Products at affordable prices 😁😁😸👍 Come and try them out before the doors close🔒🔐 time is ticking

Just visited and had a great experience. Customer service was amazing. Good people and a lot of options but most definitely always have to go with the King Palm! Banana cream 🍌 flavor this time.
