Last Friday I went in to get my weekly supply of dip. I asked for the Grizzly Green in the pouch. I had coupons on my phone for 9.00 dollars off on 5 cans of dip. She used the coupons on each can I bought. Rang everything up and I paid her. I looked in the sack and she had put Long cut wintergreen in the bag, Not the pouch. Then said she was out of the pouchs. The Girl went and got the manager and she said to give me a recipt and I could come back Monday and they would exchange it for the pouchs. I went back Monday and she said I would have to pay 9.00 dollars to exchange it. I lost all the coupon money. I said that you told me to come back Monday and you would exchange it. She argued that it was not the same price. Bullshit. I took the cans and left. I told her I would never be back inside her door again. I also bought some 2.00 dollar Jumbo bucks and won 500.00 dollars on one of the tickets. She refused to give me the money and told me to go to the store on the corner and they would pay me the 500.00 dollars. I called the Lottery number and they said she was wrong to do that. Hope she gets fired. Goodby Smoker Friendly forever.

Everyone in the store is so sweet and helpful. They just keep me coming back again and again.

Far from Great! Actually that rating should be a half star out of 5. Mean, rude, selfish, no respect, no courtesy to customers and no apppreciation, no hello and welcome or thank yous.You would be better off going elsewhere even if it cost a little more. They have a so called manager at that Smoker Friendly and she doesn't know how to run a business. The black mini van in the parking lot with a fake drive out tag that expired over a year ago belongs to the manager, What does that tell us about her? Not honest and they do not id anyone. Minors are buying products in there all the time and never even get asked for ID. They try to use the old name called Tobacca Super Store. Ohh hell Nah. It is called Smoker Unfriendly! Also they allow the addicts and drug dealers to hang out right outside next to the front door and never report illegal activates because they aren't running a clean business either! Also last but not least, why can they never keep the best employees working there? That is a bit odd.....
