Cool workers, were very helpful. Needed repairs on my shisha but had no clue what to do with it. They helped fixed my hookah for a really great price. They also provide mix flavors if you aren’t sure what to get

I got want I wanted at a decent price but the employee was rude and acted like I was an inconvenience. He's middle eastern descent and I'm 100% American, maybe that's the problem........IF I go back I hope he's not there

These guys are straight up crooks. I purchased an Ooze battery from them Tuesday afternoon. By Wednesday morning it was already broken - seemingly defective out of the box. I took it back to the store and the gentleman refused to give me a refund or exchange it for a working product. Instead, he tried to fix the battery himself and voided the manufacturer’s warranty as well in the process. I’ve given these guys hundreds of dollars of business over the last few years, and if this is how they resolve selling a broken product worth $15, then forget it - keep the $15, but you won’t get anymore business.

I can't say enough good things about The people who own this store. They are extremely helpful and friendly. I will go out of my way, even if it's just for a pack of cigarettes, to give them my business. They have told me more than once how much they appreciate their customers, such a nice thing to feel appreciated!! Aside from tobacco and cigarettes though, they have a HUGE selection of Vapes. Some wonderful candles that smell AMAZING and also room spray that smells amazing. They are not overpriced and not trying to rip you off!!! They also have a very wide variety of beautiful hand blown glass items! Nice diverse variety of items and very friendly service, also very reasonably priced!!

We love this place. The guys in here are so nice and helpful. They remember us every time we come in even if it’s been a while. They even make sure to stock our items just for us. I wish every store I spent money at was this friendly and personal. Highly recommended!!!
