They have a drive through that’s nice. Went yesterday to buy a pack of cones and got home used 2 of them and then scanned the QR card turns out they are fake. Decent store but not a fan of selling fake products.

Tobacco World is one of the more convenient smoke shops around. The drive-through is a huge plus, especially when you’re in a hurry, and they usually have a really wide selection compared to other places nearby. One thing I appreciate most is that they almost always have the correct JUUL pods in stock when other stores are sold out. The staff has always been friendly and quick as well. The only downside is the pricing. Some items are a little higher than competitors, so it would be nice to see more competitive prices. Overall though, it’s still a solid place to shop and very convenient.

I took a friend to buy some tobacco products for his pipe that was given to him as a gift. The employee took her time and answer every question he had asked her. She also showed him a variety of products to choose from. She did an awesome job.

The owner accused me of stealing as soon as I walked into the store. The store has a lot of cameras, so it should be easy to determine if I'm who he thinks I am. Instead, he accused me immediately. I work very hard to be accused of stealing it is a way to handle everything, and that wasn't it.

I love this place and go there often. The employees are so cool and nice and the owner is very nice and helpful too
