The prices have definitely gone up a bit, but honestly, the customer service, the cool conversations, and the knowledge the employees bring make up for it for me. I saw London tonight and found out he now works permanently at the Poplar location. I honestly thought he had quit since I hadn’t seen him at the Ridgeway location in a while. Great employee with great energy — keep him! hopefully once the economy flattens out the prices will to. I totally understand being a business owner myself. prayers up! Vaporwize

I’ve gone to these stores all over town and London has been the best. He was very helpful getting my number added to the system so I could earn points. This is my go to store because of him

First off the owner here rocks! I drive 45 minutes to this store every Friday for a plethora of reasons. Let’s first start with the customer service! London and I believe Don is his name (had dreads) awesome kind young men! I look forward to walking in and hearing the gospel playing by London and or Dons smile lol! You guys rock!

Staff is always very cool to me and attentive to customers quickly, honorable mentions are London and Don. The only vape shop I’ll go to anymore. Friendly, kind, and quick with a solid recommendation.

They sold a defective pod and refused to replace it even though it's full. They admitted it was a manufacturer defect but they couldn't be out the cost. Apparently it's ok for the customer to be out though. This was directly from the owner and he was nasty about it to boot.
