The inventory here is excellent, but the customer service was a major letdown. As a former local, I was excited to find a 24/7 shop with such a high rating. The store is well-stocked and visually impressive, but the actual experience was disappointing. I came in for a specific pen, and the staff member seemed visibly annoyed that I needed a moment to decide on a flavor. There was no effort to explain the options or offer recommendations. I only completed the purchase because I can't find this specific product back home. While the product deserves five stars, the lack of basic assistance makes me unlikely to return. I hope management addresses this, as great stock doesn't make up for being treated like an inconvenience.
