Jay Jay was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service. He was friendly, respectful, honest, and took the time to really explain different products and answer my questions without rushing me. His advice was spot on and helped me choose exactly what I needed, and I ended up having a great experience because of it. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers instead of just making a sale. Great guy overall — knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I hate to say it after 3 years this place has just degraded to pure inadequacy. I’ve been loyal for many years before they newly hired some NASTY employees. JJ talked to me like filth I’ve never had such an awful customer service experience. I typically spend $100-200 a week here but after this I’ll be looking to spend my money elsewhere. So long evolve I hope you rectify the characters you allow in your establishment.

The new point system is a total loss I used to come here just for the points. I used to be able to spend 300$ and get the 30$ off and not I haven’t received a discount since they got the new system 2-3 months now
