I love Magical Vapors. Molly and her staff take the time to get to know what each customer is looking for and what flavor is the best!! I have never had a bad experience at any of the locations. Franklin Rd in Murfreesboro is the best!!! Thank you Molly and staff for always helping and keeping my habit in stock!!

I spend roughly 1200$ a month here but not anymore as the service has just gotten rude because I emailed about some pre rolls because they don’t know how to keep anything in stock and if it’s out it’ll be out for more than a couple weeks. I come so much I didn’t get id’d for a while, which to me isn’t a problem I’m 24 and has an id. But the fact that it’s just bluntness and no respect for customers is enough for me. Ever since I sent the email staff has acted differently. Hope you can get better for future customers my money and I will go elsewhere from now on! Feel free management to look up my account that probably has the most points from any pre roll buyer you’ve ever had lol. I was buying 4-5 packs a day but the rudeness and it isn’t friendly anymore. The lady today didn’t even ask if I wanted to use my point in which I know I have 3$+. GOODLUCK this management team is horrible can’t even control the staff

Rude and very unprofessional. Some lady with green hair. Why am I walking in and seeing you doing your nails. We have to do better

People are mad and leaving reviews because they didn’t get sold product because they weren’t all 21 😭 it’s literally THEEE LAW. They have a sign that says 21 plus, learn to read and come back at the proper age! Store did not stink, staff was friendly and patient. Also they had shoes on???? Since apparently we’re just lying now and saying it stunk because they allegedly didn’t. Music was at a good volume, and the store was clean.

Molly was very rude, I will not be returning to this establishment. You have lost my business.
