I purchased a vape from this store last night at approximately 7:30 PM. I tested the device before leaving the premises, and it was working at the time. However, later that evening, the vape stopped functioning entirely—even though it was fully charged. Unfortunately, the store had already closed by then. I returned the next day after work to request an exchange for the defective product. Upon entering, the employee—who was the same individual that sold me the vape less than 24 hours earlier—was preoccupied with his phone and didn’t acknowledge me until several moments later. When I explained the situation and showed him my receipt, he dismissed it by saying, “This doesn’t prove anything about the vape. You should have tried it before you left.” I informed him that I did, in fact, test it in-store. Despite this, he refused to offer an exchange. When I asked to speak with a manager, he initially claimed there wasn’t one, only to later state that he was the manager. I asked for his name, which he refused to give me. I’ve never encountered a vape shop that refuses to stand behind its products, especially when a defect is reported within 24 hours. Additionally, the dismissive and unprofessional attitude I experienced made the situation even more frustrating. Based on this experience, I will not be returning and do not recommend this business to others.

So basically so glad my girlfriend checked to see if her vape worked or not. She tried literally 7 vapes before one worked. She asked if she could get another brand and be charged the difference and the worker refused. Basically overpriced and UNRELIABLE products. Avoid at all costs My mistake 4 vapes not 7? Because she used my card I’m aware she paid $21.94, my vapes at smoke token which are NOT on sale (Kado bar) are $25 after tax, so not much of a clearance. She told me when she got back in my car that she asked to switch and pay the difference and the worker told her no. Switch meaning buy one that was more expensive since the $20 dollar ones were not working in her favor. So, if she just paid the difference then I’d assume the $21 would be back in my account? It’s not. So again, the products are overpriced, UT vapes are $30 there vs $25 at Smoke token or Escobar. I think any other vape store is better than this one. We went here because it’s closest to her home. As I said never again and I do not recommend.

Great service, the only store in the boro I consistently go back to. Other stores always sell me leaking and old stuff but I’ve been buying here for months with no issues. I think the younger guys name is Fadi, cool guy, always great interacting with him, he’s super helpful with questions as well.
