false advertising. place advertises 24 hours, went up and was greeted through a stupid little window and told i couldn’t shop until 7am. instead of building a loyal clientele and having their business opened as advertised, they would rather me waste my gas for 20 minutes then to make a sale and possibly make more money. great way to lose business. will not come back here and recommend everyone to do the same if you want to feel as if your time is valued. go to vapesRus instead.

Great staff, great selection. The prices aren't the lowest in town, but I've been a regular for years. In my opinion it's worth a few pennies for their friendly and helpful staff, huge selection, and well maintained store. Their customer rewards program is also great! I get a $40 credit about every other month. I've been coming here since they opened, and recommend it to everyone who asks. Stop by and see what you think. The staff is wonderful, and the management is even better. My ONLY issue is with the blinding lights they installed last year. I have to wear my sunglasses inside, even at night. If you have astigmatism, sensory sensitivities, low vision or epilepsy I would be wary of the lights. Otherwise, it's a great store.

This is my regular vape store I've been shopping here for over a year and pretty much exclusively. They have a great rewards program but the new hire is not friendly borderline rude and making me rethink shopping elsewhere I thought about putting a low star rating but I hate to judge the store off of three bad experiences but I go here at least every other week and I spend at least $50 every time I go in so customer service is kind of important and I don't need to be pampered but today I spent $60 got five items and was not offered a bag which would have been difficult to carry out if I were by myself. Hopefully customer service training can help.

What could i say it’s the best vape store in whole in Tennessee i will give them 10 stars if i could ,i drive 45 minutes to go there just because everyone working there have knowledge and honesty . They got everything I’m looking for and their prices non comparable to any other vape stores . Thank you Carl 😃

I have been to the shop several times looking for different things. And their prices are insanely high. In some instances almost three times as high as they're competitor. I guess their rent is high so they have to charge that. I just hate that I waste my time driving over there that will be the last time
