I come to this shop multiple times a week and have never had a problem. Employees are usually very pleasant. Today there was a new person who first of all acted like I was bothering her when I came in. At any rate she gave me a different thing than what I asked for, as I was walking out the door I realized it, walked right back im amd told her, she said I asked did u want plastic tip...I honestly didn't hear her say that, I thought she wws confirming the flavor and I said yes. Anyway I asked her to call a manager about 4 times, she finally did but of course wasn't telling the whole story. All I wanted was a refund for something I couldn't use. I ended up leaving the store, have no idea what manager said at all because the little rude girl never said anything and after about 5 minutes I left...my lunchbreak wasn't gonna be spent there. Needless to say I won't spend my money there anymore

From a long time customer, just shut the doors if I'm going to get treated the way I was the last couple of times coming in there. The cashier made me feel like I was bothering her just by stepping foot in there. I'm assuming she is new. Red hair girl need a humble lesson

Yall need to do something with this rude girl working on Sunday. I come here all the time and have had no issues till this one came along. I had questions about cigarettes and she was so rude, but the guy in front of me she sure had time to discuss drinks. Now if this is how you are going to run this place rest assured I will go right on down the street.

Just moved here about 2 months ago and was happy there was a tobacco shop near my job….Until the last month or so. Apparently it’s under new management or someone just stopped loving life and I am honestly not a fan. I’ve gotten a cold greeting when I walk in there in the mornings from the red head more than once- and some days it’s more like a hateful grunt … kinda like a get your shit and get out vibe. Other people that I’ve encountered there were really nice but this one, something is off, and I’m not sure if she’s just an insufferable person or if she truly hates her life and job so much that she makes everyone around her miserable too. Actually, if you are just itching to pop off, go there cause she’s the one who could push you to the point of wearing orange. Her manager must be insanely proud to run all the business down the road because I have met 4 people who have said the same thing at work! Hey red…. Do better. Nobody pays you for attitude.

Came in there for a carton of smokes and new person saying was the manager was more interested in trying to sale this new thc stuff they have stuffed the store with. I just came in for cigarettes, not a lesson in thc that I never asked for. Is this a tobacco store or a thc shop now?
