They have a variety of the devices an the juice!!! they are always friendly and anytime ive needed to return anything they have always been really helpful.

Well, all i have to say is that AT POPPAS it's always a pleasent experience shopping here. All the different employees i have dealt with have all always been so helpful, and detail & explain the many products to me. Of course, they do have a tip jar at the register where you purchase your items. This business accepts both cards & cash. Located conveniently between Ingles Market & Walmart in New Tazewell. I recommend to go to Poppa's vapor supply shop I smoke Vapes I have been buying vapes here and the one's I get cost a little more but it's worth it the disposable vapes I use last a month a little longer for me because I'm not a chain smoker they don't rip anyone off and they are very helpful this is my to go place for vapes I'll not buy from another shop I'll be back when ever my foger vape runs out

Refuse to refund items that break from normal use the next day. Do not buy anything expensive here because if it comes up faulty they will not refund ur money.

I always ask questions before buying... before I got this Lookah Dragon Egg ... the orange blonde head girl said you have 30 days and we will give you money back if the product doesn't work for you... So I bought it over 100 dollars...It worked ONE time... Doesn't work at all now and the same orange blonde headed girl says they can't do anything... and besides that rude and disrespectful... and why you going to have a rude little girl working there and lieng to the Customers...very disappointed... I'll be in the store everyday until this matter is resolved... and she sure wouldn't give me the Manger name or a way to speak with whome is over the store... also why lie and say you know about the Product and then turn around when I come back to return it say that you didn't even know nothing about it at all... I didn't even give your story rating but it made me give one star just to post this but in all I would give 0 stores for the customer service of everything in the lying of your workers... this is in Tazewell... Walmart shopping center
