Always a great place to go for different products. They're always doing innovative things and getting creative with the brands they carry which I can 100% respect and get behind. They are improving on their selection of coils - usually the ones I prefer are out of stock but I'm pretty easy to work with and can compromise for different ones without issue here. I bought a bottle of vape juice by suicide bunny to try a few weeks ago and had to throw it out because it was about 2 weeks from expiring. It tasted off and hit my throat in a weird way. I didn't attempt to make a return or exchange because I had already opened the bottle and by that point it wasn't something they'd be able to compensate me for nor do anything about. Some of the reviews on here are simply dissatisfied customers who have buyer's remorse. Take my word for it - these people are solid and I love shopping here and will continue to do so. Not noticing the expiration date on the box of that juice before opening it was on me and most juice is good for up to 2 years so it was user error on my part for that. Keep it up guys

Had gone here several times and had good experiences. Bought a disposable vape on Wednesday, the next evening it wasn’t working. I attempted to bring it back on Friday morning to see if I could get a replacement and the man behind the counter stared at me like I had 3 heads and stood there silently before saying (essentially) I could go shove it. Incredibly disappointing. Cannot recommend or shop here anymore

5th & Nine is always 1st on my list when I am in the Knoxville/Oakridge area. The latest products are always stocked and their in-house juice flavors are outstanding! Highly recommend.

These guys are truly amazing. I came in with very little experience and knowledge with my vape and they got me set up and taken care of.The guy at the counter practically treated me like I was family and made me feel comfortable to ask questions even tho I felt stupid asking about the basics. Would recommend to anyone that needs help! The juice is just as good. Would give more stars if I could. Will definitely be back soon!

I would like to say the guy that was at the counter when I came in it was like close to closing and I asked questions about vapes and he knew every single answer. He was so polite and no sarcasm at all. Just amazing service I’m serious Best service I’ve had in so long, I’m telling guys need to go here it’s nice you won’t be sorry . Trust me. And just saying the guy that I had was easy on the eyes
