I've shopped here a few times and ALWAYS get great customer service! My man and I are new to the area and definitely found our new Vapor shop home! We love Penney!! I knew nothing about Vapes but wanted to quit smoking. The couple working explained everything! They were Awesome! I sampled over 10 flavors and loved them all! Haven't smoked in 3 hours! Thanks for the chance to finally throw those cigarettes away and the instructions too! Highly recommended to all my family and friends! 5 Star!!!!!

Did not have the product I was looking for. Small selection of mods available. Mostly smok And just like that, a 1 star review. "Largest selection" but you don't carry any coils for 4 of my tanks or my both of my pods. None of the juice that I use either.

Love this place! Great customer service and the employees are awesome. I damaged a tank, went to buy a new one, told them what happened and they replaced it! Super nice. If I ever vape again, I'll always buy from here!

Penny rocks! She goes above and beyond to help this vape rookie! She is so patient with all my questions and helps me with the smallest of details. I usually don't leave reviews but this woman deserves a shout out. I am a supporter of local business and I wish only for her and her husband to prosper. Customer service alone would keep me coming back as a loyal customer. But on top of that, they continuously have specials. Also, she isn't quick to show the pricey items. She works with me 100% to keep me within my budget. Thanks guys!
