I give it a 1 star bc of Victoria. I have seen her be rude to others, including myself. Idk if the owner is blind, being tricked, or just doesn't care. The few times I had the misery of her helping me, she complained about the owner hiring her and her boyfriend to be the face of the business and how he didn't hold up to his end of the bargain. How they have to drive from Athens and got stuck in a 8 mth lease bc of his actions. She was making fun of 2 woman undercover that had came in earlier the same day and really tore them down. Saying they weren't very smart. And how the owner had already called to warn her they were making their rounds. Very classy, Victoria! 🤦‍♀️ Then I called in for a question and she misunderstood my question and instantly went to be hateful. I come in about 2 hrs later and she starts in. After trying a few times to explain to her my question, it was obvious she was too immature to listen. She just wanted to argue. I asked her FIVE times to stop speaking to me about it. That I just wanted my stuff and to go. She continued on, then started insulting me by calling me a name and asking if I've ever looked in a mirror to see how dumb I am. Which I still haven't figured that one out. 🤣 After a 10 minute lashing I called her an immature hussy. She literally ran towards me and the door, yelling to never return since i called her a name. When she just spent 10 minutes talking loudly, not listening, not being professional, and calling me 2 names. And during that 10 minutes she literally would get mad and take my bag away and say, im not selling to you, then shed put it back down. That happened 3 times. So i told her id be more than happy to spend my $600 a mth elsewhere. The whole interaction with her showed how immature emotionally she is. She was not professional and did not handle herself with class. Just terrible!

Absolutely loved my experience at this store! The staff were all super welcoming, and Christian was especially amazing—so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to walk me through my options and explained everything clearly. You can tell he really cares and knows what he’s talking about. The store itself is clean, well-stocked, and has a great atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Kinkade was so knowledgeable and was able to help us find exactly what we were looking for. As for the product, amazing 10/10. I would recommend them to anyone, no questions!
