Staff has always been very friendly and knowledgeable. Always have what I need in stock. Only issue I have is that apparently the owner will not allow customers to tip the staff, which I would as they are very professional and kind.

Ive had 4 glass bowls break, the last one in less than a week. No one seems to know anything or care. I tried upgrading to a better bong and they didnt seem interested in selling one.

Employees are nice but never seem to stay. The manager is creepy and always on the phone when I walk in. I always feel rushed by him, I tried to make a complaint with the owner but he's unprofessional and has a disgusting attitude. This used to be the spot but Evolve up the street on Main street has a better selection and pricing.. I'd just recommend everyone save their time and not go here. They're snobby.

Very polite owner. Always tries to meet your needs to give you exactly what you want. The selection of merchandise is amazing. It ranges from very detailed to the simple, either way they are all beautiful pieces

I bought a kang yesterday just before i had to be at work. I hit it before i left to make sure it was working but was in a hurry. On my break i noticed it was hard to hit. I got off wee hours of the morning and when i got up still no change so i googled possible solutions to fix it still nothing. I ran back up there this afternoon and luckily it was the same guy.. we messed with it and i was told he couldnt just replace it cause it still sorta hit and offered a discount on a new one. I was fine with that then as he kept messing with it he noticed it was hitting on its own and labeled it defective and gave me a new one. I was ok with any solution but im thankful for the service i received.
