They sold me a poor quality product and didn't want to take accountability for it. I bought a grinder and after one use the handle came off. The person at the counter said they would not even call the owner to explain to him what happened. She just dismissed me let me know my business wasn't important to them. I went somewhere else to buy a new grinder and that shop was a lot more helpful.

Kristin is extremely knowledgeable about everything in the store and makes great recommendations for anything you are needing. She’s always super nice. The store is always clean and you can’t beat the prices either.

Megan was very friendly and helped me make a decision on a purchase. The shop was very neat an well lit but after finding the glass I wanted as a gift I found out there was no wrapping of any kind provided. It made me nervous to drive it home and some sort of paper or plastic wrap could be provided for the larger glass pieces. Otherwise it was a five star experience.
