Went in as pretty much a complete noob to the vaping scene, but I knew I wanted to make the switch from smoking. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, explaining the differences between the various types of vaping equipment, and got me set up with my new nicotine salt vape (pictured). I love it so far, and believe it will be more effective in my fight against cigarettes. Highly recommend this shop for newcomers and veterans alike.

These ladies are so very professional, very knowledgeable about their products, and more than willing to assist their customers with everything-even if it's not product related. Their are awesome at public relations. They are great listeners. After a conversation with any of them, you walk away with the settling feeling of knowing they care about you-not only as a customer-but also as a friend.

I absolutely LOVE this place. The owners are incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I went there one time and back for the 2nd visit probably a month later. The owner asked another lady that was there if she remembered when she was telling her about a very sweet girl (she was referring to me) and it really meant more than she may ever know that she acknowledged this. I hate that I have forgotten her name but she is blonde. I didn’t feel like just another customer. I was having a really rough day and cried happy tears over that after leaving. If you do happen to get vape juice that is not to your liking, she will fix it for you. They can also custom-make whatever juice you want. There is also a cat named Sophie that will greet you and make you feel welcome! 🤗 this will be my go to location from here on out. Highly recommend!!

Everything about Electric Smoke Vapor House is outstanding. They are professional, knowledgeable and the friendliest people you will ever meet. They take time in explaining the specifics about all of the items that they sell and their service is top notch. I was intimidated about the whole vaping thing and they have guided me since day one. I’ve been a happy customer since I walked through their doors and haven’t touched a cigarette in over 7 years. Outstanding service. Outstanding people. And their merchandise from the mods, tanks, to their incredible juices is phenomenal!

I love this place, absolutely love everybody there. They are very knowledgable and make sure you have the right products to suit your needs. Thumbs up. 100%
