"Addison Cigar Shop is a gem in the world of tobacco aficionados. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted by a warm and knowledgeable staff who guided me through their impressive selection of cigars. The ambiance of the shop is inviting and conducive to relaxation, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a long day. The quality of their cigars is unmatched, and I've never been disappointed with any purchase. They have a great selection of Cohiba, Romeo and Juliet--all at really great prices. I recently bought a 10th anniversary, limited edition Toro, which is probably my greatest smoke of all time. Additionally, Jake the dog is super cute, adding to the most homey feel of any cigar place I've visited. Whether you're a seasoned smoker or a novice, Addison Cigar Shop provides an exceptional experience for all. I highly recommend paying them a visit--you won't be disappointed!"

This store, conveniently located close to Addison Airport, offers an impressive experience for cigar enthusiasts. Although I’m not a smoker myself, I accompanied a friend who needed to purchase some cigars. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a store associate who was exceptionally knowledgeable and eager to answer all our questions. The atmosphere in the store was incredibly relaxed, making it a comfortable place to browse their extensive selection. The range of cigars available was vast, catering to all preferences and tastes. Whether you’re looking for a specific brand or something new to try, you’re likely to find it here. In addition to cigars, the store also featured a variety of cool lighters and tobacco jars, each filled with different blends to suit diverse smoking preferences. One of the standout features of this store is the smoking lounge located at the back. It’s a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a cigar in a comfortable, laid-back setting. The ambiance of the lounge adds an extra layer of enjoyment to the overall experience. If you’re a smoker or a cigar aficionado, I highly recommend visiting this cigar shop for its selection, expertise, and inviting atmosphere.

I have been a paying member of Addison Cigar for about 28 years. The operating partner unfortunately passed and his partner took control of the shop. Normal enough right. Most of us liked the deceased partner and put up with the poor air conditioning, the bad smoke exhaust, and his employees that did little more than take money for products because what he lacked in business acumen, he made up for with his personality. The new operating partner made immediate changes, raised prices, implemented a loyalty system that kept your change and added a surcharge for credit card charges. They did nothing to ac/smoke ventilation, or employees who kicked you out at closing time like your an inconvenience. Today without warning, they removed a poker table that the guest paid for and had been at the location since 2007. That they had zero discussion with members of over twenty years is astounding. The management has the right to run their business as they wish, I and about fourteen regulars will do the same by taking our business elsewhere.
