As a business owner I really hated to leave this review but I was totally shocked by their response today. Terrible customer service. Problem with a vape after countless purchases and I was dismissed after calling with my concern. You can just swap and keep a great customer …? Why wouldnt you do that? Doesn’t make sense but anyway….You can get any product they have (and more) down the street off Tollway (puff love) and with friendlier management. They also have a 48 hour policy for defects. Don’t waste your money here. And last, they say the have rewards and after close to 1000 spent nothing has ever been offered ever yet you won’t replace one vape!? Explain that!

Stopped by Artesian Vapor in Dallas and unfortunately it wasn’t a great experience. The staff didn’t seem very knowledgeable about the products and it felt more like a push to sell than actually helping me find what I needed. I left feeling unsure about what I was being told and didn’t feel confident in making a purchase. Hoping they improve the customer experience, but I wouldn’t personally go back.

I was suggested by a friend of mine and I must say I am very impressed. Th he have a great many selection which will definitely satisfy anyone looking for different kinds of vapes. Specially happy with the staff who was very nice, informative and helpful.the store is also very well decorated and has an amazing vibe to it. Must visit!

I’ve been going to this vape shop for over six years and they are the best… The staff is very knowledgeable and they come up with new types of products that they explain so I can see other options… I always enjoy coming in here because the staff is so friendly… Thank you

How awesome to find this place! Excellent customer service - Jeremy and Natasha knew exactly what I was after and sorted my needs out in whip smart time. Will definitely be back, thank you!
