I had an absolutely outstanding experience at House of Smoke in Addison! From start to finish, Marley made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive—especially while I took my time deciding what I wanted. She never made me feel rushed and answered all of my questions with genuine care and expertise. If you’re planning to visit, I highly recommend asking for Marley. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure you leave happy. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The comments pertaining to a lady who is unprofessional are about the one in the photo. I called and was told the prerolls brand I was seeking was in stock. The clerk went to the back and brought me a discreet all-black capsule, telling me this is what I wanted. Walking away, I saw the product I was looking for and questioned why she caused conflict and confusion. This was dishonest and makes one concerned about their products just by the service received.

I love this shop ! Wide variety very friendly staff Erica helped us tonight and was very accommodating. I can be a very annoying shopper and want to see every single item and she had no problem going through. All of the cases prices are also and they have a wide variety of lighters and candy.
